is the price still the same? doesn’t look like the building units are selling..personally i think the place is overpriced..for the current market.
it’s a really nice place ..but wondering if infact it is selling?

The grand opening is going on right now. I drove by the building in LA the other day and the sales office was a ghost town.

why do the wealthy get to live so close to a rail line? Because they can afford it. Having a rail stop next door is a very desirable ammenity that pushes up the price of the land and therefore the price of the building.

Agreed. More affordable housing options should be available in these TODs. However on the flip-side, many of international buyers who are interested in this project probably come from cities where public transit is the way of life. Many of them may very well travel by rail to downtown or Hollywood when they can.

Its going to be a great place and all, but seriously…why do the wealthy get to live so close to a rail line when they aren’t the ones who take it?! There needs to be more affordable places for singles around this area [well there are already, but more along wilshire]
