		<description>why do the wealthy get to live so close to a rail line?  Because they can afford it.  Having a rail stop next door is a very desirable ammenity that pushes up the price of the land and therefore the price of the building.</description>

		<description>Agreed.  More affordable housing options should be available in these TODs. However on the flip-side, many of international buyers who are interested in this project probably come from cities where public transit is the way of life.  Many of them may very well travel by rail to downtown or Hollywood when they can.</description>
