broadway exchange building lighting

As a brief followup to our previous post on the Broadway Exchange Building, a reader has kindly emailed us a photo of the building’s LED lighting system as it was being tested recently.
Personally, I feel the design is an interesting way to differentiate the building’s exterior from the more historic facades along Broadway. A little variety is a good thing.
The new lighting scheme comes as the building is being converted into loft rentals. There is no website for the building at this time, though the Broadway Exchange Lofts should be ready for occupancy in early 2008.

ok, is this thing going anywhere? what’s the status on this project? i’ve been looking forward to seeing these lights forever now.
