Pilates, Aerobics, Yoga, Tai Chi and QiGong fans pay attention! Kor Group recently inked a deal with Pilates Plus Downtown LA, a new pilates studio to occupy one of the small retail spaces in the Eastern Columbia Building’s adjacent parking structure facing Broadway.

A newly hung red “LEASED” sign displayed on the storefront announces the future arrival, which is planned for April 2008. Soon Downtown residents will be able to strengthen their powerhouse without having to leave the neighborhood.
