Although, I think a dine-in restaurant would make more sense for Little Tokyo, especially for the lingering weekend crowd. It seems to me the location at 5th & Figueroa would have been more fitting for the express concept, since most of those other chains in the complex focus on the weekday lunchers. Agreed Johnny Rockets will be successful there, and I’m very aware of how busy the area is. I think Johnny Rockets will do well in the area; I know I'd grab a burger there on the weekends.
