Color-changing LED lights are OVER! The concept behind this lighting installation is totally inappropriate for the architecture, and it’s poorly realized. Remove those lights and sell them on Craigslist.

I don’t know, selling 40% in the next three months sounds a bit on the optimistic side to say the least. That equates to selling 80+ units within the next three months? And if they are going to cut prices 30% in the near future then what incentive do the people that already signed contracts have to close on their units? Sounds like a pickle to me.

I just walked by this tonight and they had all the above colors (red, green, blue, purple) going on at the same time. It looked quite confused.

It’s also close to a lot of restaurants and bars/clubs. Elevate, Standard and all the new restaurants they’re building.

I doubt they’ll go rental. I think they’ll sell about 20% when they open another 20% after 3 months of opening, then lower the price 30% and sell the rest. The seem confident/cocky enough that they’ll sell out after a month.

Agreeing with Ira, I’m not sure whose customer service was colder–Roosevelt or Barker Block. Another Vero resident and I checked out Roosevelt’s sales office a while back and got a look like, “you can’t afford to even walk in here, let alone buy.” Nice bath tubs though and great location.

Tonight the lights were blue and red.

I also saw a security guard at the desk at 10 p.m. and lights on in some of the units. Has anybody moved in there yet????

Smart move…even if they did have deposits anywhere close to that level, which I personally doubt, that doesn’t mean that those people will actually close. Maybe if the building was actually completed last year they would have had a shot but the environment is obviously entirely different now. In addition some of the terms such as having no parking space included are absurd. On the positive side it will make a very nice rental building.

Yeah, I was wondering what percentage of their units are sold? As of last year they said 80% of the units had deposits on them but I found that hard to believe. Also their customer service had much to be desired. I took my money elsewhere and never looked back.
