No prior dance experience necessary.

No, this is not an audition call for new strip dancers at Club Galaxy (“100 Beautiful Girls!”). Active Arts at the Music Center invites you to attend A Taste of Dance next Saturday, March 29.

This interactive event is a celebration of the diverse dance heritage and cultures throughout our great city.

Music video choreography, bluesy bachata, pop & lock free-style, the classic Viennese Waltz and many other international dance styles will be available for $1 per 20-minute lesson over the course of five hours from 11:00am to 4:00pm.

Showcase your talents for a good cause: Proceeds go toward future Active Arts events. Come out and support the arts in our community!

Class sizes are limited and comfortable clothing/shoes is recommended. Some classes may require barefoot dancing.
