Mark your calendars. Tomorrow is World Pillow Fight Day, and Downtown’s very own Pershing Square will be home to the Los Angeles version of the event.

The pillow fight is free to all and starts at 3:00pm sharp, so be sure to bring a feather pillow of your own and join in the fun!

If you want to photograph the scene but are afraid of getting hit by dozens of feather pillows, don’t worry: Hitting people holding cameras or those without pillows is strictly forbidden.

A few other rules apply:

• Soft pillows only!

• Swing lightly, many people will be swinging at once.

• Do not swing at people without pillows or carrying cameras.

• Remove glasses beforehand!

• The event is free and appropriate for all ages.

• Wait until the signal to begin.

• This event is more fun with feathers!

• Actually, life is more fun with feathers!

• If anyone has a hard pillow, you should return it to the shop, because it’s faulty.
