calling all fashionistas! fidm museum’s upcoming events open to public

This blog has moved to Twitter! Check out my twitter feed for the latest restaurant, retail, and cultural news in the neighborhood.

fidmThe Television Costume Design Exhibition at FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising is over and the museum is now closed while a switch over happens for the next exhibit in January, but that doesn’t mean all is dark and quiet until then.

Judy Yaras, Director of Museum Shop operations has a whole host of events lined up for the fall and holiday seasons, and all you fashion lovers out there are invited to come mingle with other members of couture culture.

FIDM is located at 919 S Grand Avenue next to Grand-Hope Park.

For more information on any of the events listed call 800-624-1200.

Thanks for pointing that out, Cindy. I’ve edited the post to reflect the correct date.

Bert, I also added Art Walk Night to the events list above. Do you think the Art Walk Shuttle may change its route in the future if more galleries and art destinations open in South Park?

There will be a second shuttle added in November. Details coming soon.
