Here we go again.

Just a few months after construction scaffolding came down from the corner of 5th and Spring for the Alexandria Hotel’s remodel, it’s been put back up.

This time it’s Charlie O’s, located in the ground floor of the Alexandria, that’s getting a makeover. The hipster haven is closing for two short months, according to a pre-recorded message on the bar’s telephone — meaning renovations are probably just cosmetic.

Does that mean their crumbling ceiling held up in some places by what appears to be chicken wire, was just an aesthetic choice?
