‘infusion’ vegetarian cafe now open on spring street

Here’s one we’ve been tracking for a while. Infusion Cafe, a contemporary, casual coffee shop at 8th and Spring, opened for business on Wednesday after lengthy delays.
While a food menu has not been set yet — expect that on Monday — says one employee on-site: “Everything is vegetarian, except for the tuna.”
Illy coffees, pastries and house-made crepes are also offered on top of the free WiFi.
Infusion Cafe is in the ground floor of the newly opened NCT Lofts. Hours and phone number to follow.

great news..love the free wifi part..and vegetarian food option- filling but not feel “full” is cool-will check it out next week!

Something tells me that Mr. Anonymous does not, in fact, own a 600K loft, but is making fun of people who do. You are just so clever, Mr. Anonymous.
Now, do I get a cookie for figuring that out? Erm, no?
A vegan cookie, perhaps. If there is a real loft there, it better be over 3,000 square feet or anonymous was ripped off.
If they serve tuna it us not a vegetarian Cafe. The headline is misleading.

it’s not bad, if paying $10 for a veggie sandwich is your kinda thing.
Tried it today.
$ 10 for a mediocre sandwich.
I don’t need a big cup of coffee as much as I want a GOOD cup of coffee. Illy might be their espresso but it’s not what they’re using for drip, unless they just don’t know how to make coffee yet.
Ate inside with two friends of mine — dark, dumb paintings and a flat screen TV.
