Great to learn about this new restaurant opening up in such an underutilized promenade. Weller Court could be really nice actually. It has an amazing view of City Hall and has an urban look and feel to it. However, it's currently underwhelming and needs about 3-5 more substantial stores/restaurants to make it a destination point. Keep opening up those restaurants!
