another downtown subway goes 24 hours
Six months after the Subway at 8th and Flower rolled out new round-the-clock hours, Downtown will soon have another late-night spot to grab a $5 footlong sub.
The chain’s location on 6th between Grand and Hope has introduced its own 24-hour schedule to better serve late-night barhoppers and neighborhood residents.
If Starbucks’ later hours work out, we may just see a 24-hour coffee shop soon.

Damn it. I thought you meant the actual subway system was going 24 hours. Now that would be great.
^^^^ LOL me too!!!
That would be great…but in my opinion, once the turnstiles are installed, they will go ahead with the 24 hour idea. The only reason they haven’t yeat is because the Mtero cops obviously can’t work 24/7. They check tickets, wake up homeless people…Those problems will go away when the turnstiles are put in, meaning 24 hour service!!!
hey, just added this location to 2itch.com google map mashup of all the 24 hour locations.
I too was also fooled by that title. I guess thats what I get for being so hopeful.
well at least the community is going in the right direction.
Wait Starbucks at 6th and Grand is getting longer hours?
Hah. Though is it coincidence or what that every Metro subway station has a Subway sandwich shop within a 2-block radius?
