Gearing up for its September debut, the third installment of the South Group Collection is now looking to fill its 7,294 square-foot commercial component.
Though no official deals have been made, a representative of the Evo project tells angelenic a wine bar and separate restaurant are in negotiations.
A recent conditional use permit application filed with the city confirms that information. Public records indicate a 4,540 square-foot restaurant with bar/lounge area and seating for 284 patrons is seeking a alcohol permit and license to operate from 7:00am-2:00am daily.
A third tenant may also be in the works. According to another reliable source, a high-end men’s clothing shop would fill the final space. Again, no leases have been signed.
